Contract-9USG-86B1IQLewisham is seeking a not-for-profit community led consortium or organisation to act as an enabling development partner to deliver community-led self build or custom build housing on the Church Grove site. Lewisham has invested in excess of 50 000 000 GBP in the regeneration of Deptford including the new Deptford Train Station, Deptford Lounge and Tidemill School and public realm works to Deptford High Street and Douglas Way. The Authority is looking to complete the programme via the sale of land for housing and the development of new homes. The Authority will require the housing development to be of a high quality and to positively contribute to Deptford Town Centre.The Authority is seeking to enter into an agreement to deliver this scheme and will choose the development solution that gives the best quality and value for money.The Authority reserves the right to exclude elements of the project if it considers this to be beneficial to its interests.
