Descriptions
The Council wishes to select a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design, deploy and operate city-wide wireless communication services in exchange for the right to use the Council's street furniture and property assets in the coverage area. It is expected that the Contractor will select some of the available street furniture and other property assets to attach networking equipment to form a network capable of delivering wireless services throughout the coverage area.
