The council requires a SaaS case-management application to administer enquiries residents make to their respective member. One solution was sourced through the G-cloud 13 framework, using search criteria from the service's requirements: Civica iCasework. The solution is already in use by the council to administer member enquiries. The annual price has increased, however this is commensurate with increases from suppliers with similar products and services and still provides value for money. As the system is already in use, there are no set-up costs; albeit we will be working with the supplier to make some improvements to optimise the system and generate some efficiencies.
