This commission is for Civil Engineering Services, under the direction of the Architect and Lead Consultant, for the new building and its associated access roads, car parks and grounds.The services required by the Civil Engineer will be as the Association of Consulting Engineers Conditions of Engagement, ACE Agreement 1: Design, Schedule G(a)The project involve the construction of a new SEN school on a greenfield site on the Snowdonia Business Park, Penrhyndeudraeth. The new facility should provide for the educational needs of 100 SEN pupils with an age range of 3 to 18. There is also a requirement for a residential facility for 10 users.The facility will cater for pupils with severe educational and physical needs, including SLD, PMLD, ASD, VI, HI and MSI.
