Expressions of interest are sought from competent and qualified parties to provide Forestry Commission Wales (FCW), Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council and Caerphilly County Borough Council with Civil Engineering Services to design and project manage the delivery of new Mountain Bike trails across South Wales. The services required include:•Project Management - cost control, progress reports to Client•CDM co-ordination•Design- identify route corridors•Design- Detailed route survey to IMBA standards•Design- Bill of Quantities/ specifications •Approvals- seek any planning consents•Tender & award construction works on behalf of Client, working to FCW procurement rules. •Supervise construction including payment certification– under NEC 3 ECSC arrangements.•Close contracts•Commission routes post construction•Present Client with Maintenance & Operation plan for route on completion / handover.
