The building is three storey steel frame structure clad in a combination of rendered blockwork, curved aluminium composite panels and oak timber cladding, natural anodised aluminium metal windows and powder coated steel doors installed within structural openings and a single ply PVC insulated roof system.The Works comprise replacement of the defective and missing curved cladding panels. Removal and upgrading of the existing secondary steel supports and fixings and increasing rigidity to the structural purlins.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
