The cleaning service includes, but is not limited to, the following elements within communal areas of sites managed by Midland Heart:Mopping of hard-surface flooringVacuuming of carpetsDusting and polishing of surfacesRemoving cobwebsRemoving marks and stains from walls, floor, and woodworkReplace failed or missing light bulbs that must be included into the costs of the serviceEmptying of waste binsWiping of tiled surfacesWiping and removal of scale and scum from sanitary-ware in kitchens, bathrooms and washroomsReporting instances of damage and vandalism to Midland HeartDeep Cleaning of carpetsKitchen CleaningDryer FiltersSoft FurnishingsJet Washing.
