The framework will be awarded under PCR 2015 regulations and last for 4 years – May 2016 to April 2020 We require a maximum of 4 contractors on the Framework Dependent on responses, places may be awarded for different skill types. A similar framework was previously awarded in 2012 The value of work awarded under that framework and that currently outside of framework (to be included) is circa £220k per annum The Framework Agreement will be JCT FA11 Work awarded under the framework will be contracted under JCT Measured Terms 2011. All work is currently being undertaken and therefore TUPE considerations will apply throughout Provision of cleaning services to internal and external of a range of housing schemes and our offices. External will include windows and some minor (eg litter pick) to surround of building A number of schemes will include lounge and kitchen areas and are occupied by vulnerable residents. A range of cleaning specifications will be required Enhanced DBS checks will be required on some schemes Number of buildings currently identified are circa 60 – in Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
