Cleaning Services — Student Residences Deep Clean.

This tender is for the provision of cleaning services for student residential accommodation and at the University of the West of England (UWE).UWE currently provides in excess of 3 000 study bedrooms of residential accommodation to its students. During the summer vacation period (June — September) all areas of the accommodation are given a ‘deep clean’, both within the flats and houses and in the common parts. The University also runs its residential conferences in the accommodation during this time and following these the accommodation received a second ‘final departure clean’ turning the accommodation back to the deep clean specification. Both the deep clean, final departure clean and conferencing cleaning is required to a hotel standard and we are looking for partners who will be able to provide a first class standard of service. The successful tenders will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of organisation, operational management, resource levels and ability and commitment to meet the challenges this opportunity will present.
