Cleaning Services to PIAB - Provision of Cleaning Services to Personal Injuries Asssessment Board

Cleaning of PIAB building on a daily basis Monday to Friday including but not limited to:•Regular surface cleaning throughout the building including desks, multi-functional devices and other frequently touched surfaces, as well as door handles and surfaces in w.c.’s, shower area and kitchenette areas;•Vacuum cleaning of carpeted areas including open plan offices, private offices and lift lobby areas;•Washing of hard floor areas;•Cleaning of w.c areas, showers and kitchenette areas;•Loading and unloading of dishwashers;•Emergency cleaning in case of reactive issues;•Supply of cleaning products as needed for the above services, as well as kitchen/bathroom cleaning products for use of staff.•Surveys and quality assurance to be provided by cleaning contractor.Other services as follows will be required weekly, monthly bi-annually as follows:•Weekly dust Blinds•Monthly clean of all chairs (leather & others)•All carpets to be cleaned every 6 months•All internal windows to be cleaned every 6 months
