Livv Housing Group is seeking bids from service providers to participate in a tender process for the provision of cleaning services in the Merseyside area. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include the cleaning of:r r - Extra care facilitiesr - Community centresr - Livv Housing Group officesr r Full detail of the locations to be cleaned and service specification can be found within the Supporting Information folder provided with this tender. Bidders are advised to arrange site visits to view the locations where the services will be required in order to assess the scope of work directly.r r The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one service provider. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months on each occasion, up to a maximum 4 years total contract term, subject to Livv Housing Group requirements and the performance of the successful service provider (2+1+1). The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be 9th August 2023.r r Deadline for submissions has been extended from 12.00noon 23rd March 2023 to 5.00pm 28th March 2023.
