Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure a service provider to undertake theregular cleansing and maintenance of all the Council owned public conveniences, the staffwelfare faculties located at Sutton Road Cemetery and Mote Park and the Mote Parkcommunity space. The service provider will be provided with the required specification foreach faculty. It must be noted that the Mote Park community Space and Mote park Staffwelfare facilities is currently under construction and is due to completed by the 1st April2022 and this will be after the contract is awarded.
