The University are constructing a new multi-million pound building at their Gogerddan Campus, near Aberystwyth. A Principal Contractor and Consultant Team are appointed already and the joint Clients, Aberystwyth University and AIEC Limited wish to appoint a Clerk of Works / Design Champion to the project team, in particular to ensure consistency of the Contractor's Proposals with the Employer's Requirements and to supervise the works on site to completion. The project is complex and heavily serviced, so it is expected that a multi-skilled appointment will be necessary to service the Clients' needs.The main building contracts are targeted to commence on site in the summer of 2017 and complete 2 years later.
