QE Procurement is seeking to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply to QE Procurement customers and organisations engaged in the delivery of public and private healthcare services, via the direct route of supply for: Clinical IT (software and hardware) Solutions for use in all areas of healthcare. This procurement will consist of multiple product lines for Clinical IT (software and hardware) Solutions.The Framework includes the following commercial delivery options:—Software and professional services;—Software, hardware and professional services;—Full managed services;The Framework also includes the installation, maintenance and servicing where applicable of Goods bought through the Framework Agreement. These Goods include, but shall not be limited to, Goods purchased in connection with:—Image Management Solutions;—Electronic Patient Record Systems;—Patient Administration Systems;—Electronic prescribing solutions;—Departmental Information Systems;—Complementary Software;—Clinical Document Management Solutions.Related accessories and services are permissible within this Framework Agreement provided that they are an accessory or consumable to, or can be used in conjunction with the normal day to day function and operation of the Clinical IT Solutions purchased under this framework agreement. Any related accessories and/or options shall be further defined at the call off stage as many requirements are bespoke and shall need to take into account local configurations and the specific customer requirements which may vary from organisation to organisation. Examples of accessories, options and services that may fall within the scope of this Framework Agreement include, but shall not be limited to:—Enterprise hardware;—Client Hardware;—Back-up devices and media;—Professional services;—Managed Service;—Software only and professional services;—Software and hardware and professional services;—Hosted off-site services (including Network infrastructure);—Configuration services;—Asset marking; and—Deployment services.Potential Suppliers can bid on one, more than 1, or all productlines within the ITT. The minimum number of lines a potential supplier can apply for is one. There is no maximum number of lines a potential supplier can apply for.
