Our vision is to improve health and well-being for people of all ages across the Black Country. The Trust provides care and support for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Childrens services.— Significantly improving care pathways across the organisation— Providing better management information— Consolidating systems and processes across the organisation— Reviewing Divisional needs and tailor specifications to meet requirements— Reviewing cost and budgets— Putting in place robust contracts to protect BCPFT— Significantly improving governance arrangements for the Trust— Meeting necessary standards and expectations of CQC and Monitor— Finding a solution that meets clinical expectations without there being an over complicated process.— Ensuring the plan is synchronised to meet BCPFT expectations (renewal of block contracts for financial year 2013/14)— Ensuring that governance arrangements are in place and that the tender process meets EU Directives and World Class Commissioning— Ensuring value for moneyApplications will be accepted for one or more of the following lots: Lot 1: Secure Transport-Adults, Lot 2: Secure Transport-Minors, Lot 3: Clinical Library, Lot 4: Pharmacy services, Lot 5: Microbiology & Infection Control Advice, Lot 6: Radiology, Lot 7: Pathology, Lot 8: Dietetics. Contracts are expected to be for a period of 3 years with options to extend for 2 years in 12 month increments. The Trust is requesting that you express an interest to be included within the tender process by submitting the request to Bravo. Please state the lot/s that interest your organisation. Attached is an itinerary of the tender programme.
