The Trust's requirement is for IT systems and associated services to support its clinical and business capabilities.The requirement will be divided into the following Lots:Lot 1 — Clinical Systems Capabilities configured for Community Health Services.Lot 2 — Clinical Systems Capabilities configured for Mental Health Services.Lot 3 — Pharmacy Systems Capabilities configured for Mental Health and Community Services.See Annex B of this OJEU Notice for a more detailed description of each Lot.In summary the Trust is seeking IT systems and services to support a set of functional capabilities spanning the following areas:Patient Administration including enterprise wide scheduling.Mental Health Act & Administration.Clinical Documentation.Care Plans/Pathways.Order Communications & Results Reporting.Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration.Pharmacy.Reporting.Integration with:a) existing departmental systems and business systems.b) telemetry including tele-health and tele-monitoring.c) complementary technologies — whiteboards, kiosks and medical device integration.d) collaboration and co-operation technologies.The Trust will also be procuring implementation services including:a) Project Management;b) Design and delivery;c) Data Migration Services;d) Testing Services;e) Integration Services;f) Training Services;g) Pre and Post Implementation Support.Additional services and other complementary and ancillary healthcare technologies including but not limited to those described above and below may also be procured.— departmental systems and business systems,— telemetry including tele-health and tele-monitoring,— complementary technologies — whiteboards, kiosks and medical device integration,— collaboration and co-operation technologies.The contract will be for the potential use/benefit of any of the participating bodies referred to in section VI.3 (Additional Information).Candidates are advised to read this section in conjunction with Section VI.3 (Additional Information) and the PQQ (‘PQQ’).
