The Public Appointments Service wishes to implement an online survey platform that will facilitate PAS to engage with our customers and stakeholders on an ongoing basis, through the creation and availability of surveys at key touchpoints. This tool forms a key part of the infrastructure that is required to facilitate a more strategic and ongoing engagement with our customers and stakeholders, as well as provide the necessary data to track and understand their experience. The project has the following objectives: • The ability to develop/issue surveys and collect feedback and relevant information from customers and other key stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • The capacity to understand the customer and stakeholder experience through the tracking of satisfaction on an ongoing basis. • The provision of a robust data source to allow for regular, accurate reporting on the experience of customers / other stakeholders and against key metrics.
