The aim of this event is to appoint a supplier to provide software engineering capability to work collaboratively with the ESC software team (agile scrum team with scrum master, project owner (or equivalent) QA, business analyst, systems engineer, project manager and UX team) on platform development activities covering cloud platform software, hub software and mobile application/user interface software.
