Arts Council of Wales wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of the production of 3 creatively designed, fully bilingual digital annual reports, containing existing stakeholder archive footage and bespoke stakeholder interviews that would need to be recorded and/or filmed for this purpose.
