To support the segmentation of the CMS caseload based on understanding the root cause of non-payment of maintenance and building an effective intervention strategy that delivers sustainable payment outcomes. This will be supported with targeted customer compliance communications, building a clear understanding which compliance interventions (Communications and Actions) have most impact on Customer behaviour. Alongside this support is required to link the Accenture Behavioural Analytics model and the Digital Predictive Analytics model into the Customer Communications strategy.
