CMOS Multielectrode Array
Descriptions
The University of Exeter (UoE) has a requirement to purchase a high-density CMOS Multielectrode Array (MEA) for the purpose of recording from and stimulating neuronal networks derived from cultured human cells. The MEA will be used as part of a United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI) Future Leaders Fellowship titled 'Using Mathematics to Disentangle the Role of Synaptic Communications'. This fellowship aims to develop mathematical tools and computational algorithms to modulate synaptic interactions in cultured neuronal networks in closed-loop MEA experiments.
