This Pilot Study looks to determine the thermal efficiencies of two existing Council owned building.The Contract requires Consultants to:1. Carry out pre-Inspection asbestos surveys of both buildings.2. Carry out Inspection work to determine the characteristics of the building components.3. Carry out thermal modelling to establish existing EPC and 'U-value' ratings.4.
