The Coaching & Mentoring Skills Training programme aims to train coaches and mentors and will provide an opportunity for individuals to develop skills in coaching and mentoring and achieve a qualification. It will also equip the individuals who take part with the ability to train others to coach and/or mentor in the wider Welsh economy. Overall it is hoped that the participants on the programme will use their newly acquired skills to support individuals within their own organisations and to pass on the learning to others. The awarding Authority reserves the right to request parent company and/or other guarantees of performance and financial liabilityPayment terms will be indicated in the contract documents.
