INVITATION TO MINI COMPETITION FOR THE PROVISION OF COFFEE & MACHINERY

The Sheffield Hallam University is conducting a mini competition under the TUCO Framework (Lot 5) for the Supply and Distribution of Hot Beverage Ingredients, Equipment and Associated Coffee Shop Products.

The mini competition is aimed at selecting the most economically advantageous tender for the supply to Sheffield Hallam University for the provision of coffee in various formats to allow 'bean to cup', 'bulk brew' and espresso-based drinks prepared by a Barista. It is a mandatory requirement for the supply of all 3 machinery types. Delivering to campus at eleven city centre locations. There is a further provision for all current coffee machinery to be replaced as a minimum as part of this contract.

A site visit is available to enable potential suppliers to understand the layout of the campus. It is a collective event where all eligible suppliers will attend at the same time.

There is mandatory criteria as follows:

- Appendix A - Accept TUCO Supply Terms - Pass/Fail

- Appendix D - Pricing & Quality (Tab 4. Quality Questions x 2) - Pass/Fail
