Coleg Gwent seeks competitive tenders for the provision of an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for employees.which will include:•Managing and reducing Sickness Absences.•Provide a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation•Promote Health & Wellbeing to all staff•To contribute towards the Corporate Health Standard, HSE Management Standards and Investors in PeopleTenders will be considered for all or part of the following services:1)HR Referrals ; Occupational Health advice for staff including individual contact by telephone to assist management of absence, pre – employment checks, ill health referrals and medical retirement2)Health Surveillance Assessments - to meet the requirements of Health and Safety legislation3)Eye Tests4)Rehabilitation and support services - physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy5)Physiological treatments - including CBT, EMDR and counselling6)Specialist Consultation- Occupational Physician and Consultant7)Employee Assisted Programme-24/7 confidential service
