Descriptions
Conwy County Borough Council seeks to engage a Consultant to prepare a Project Appraisal Report for the provision of renewed coastal defences along the Colwyn Bay coastal frontage. The PAR document shall contain the economic justification for providing new coastal defences and shall also consider the economic and technical viability of a range of coastal defence options. The PAR shall be used by Conwy County Borough Council as part of an application for grant funding from the Welsh Assembly Government to undertake coastal defence work.
