Principal Contractor to Manage: Management surveys, Re-inspections, Management plans (Review), Material & priority risk assessments (Review), R&D surveys, Bulk sampling, Air testing, Remedial Works Fire safety compliance: Principal Contractor to Deliver: WCC policy review, Nominated Responsible Person, Go to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Best Value Auditing of TFM Provision, Strategy plans, Compartmentation surveying, Remedial action planning, Compliance auditing, Consultancy. Principal Contractor to Manage: Risk assessments, Risk assessment reviews, Fire door inspections, Fire PPM’s, Remedial Works Water hygiene management: Principal Contractor to Deliver: WCC policy review, Nominated Responsible Person, Go to Single Point of Contact (SPOC), Best Value Auditing of TFM Provision, Outbreak management, Remedial action planning, Compliance auditing, Consultancy.
