The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consulting organisations for the provision of professional advice and assistance on residential and commercial properties and other miscellaneous estates issues under a Framework Agreement for a period of two years with the option to extend annually for a further two years. The Framework Agreement is split into two lots with up to four organisations appointed per lot.
