Servicing and emergency call out for Stoke-on-Trent City Council's housing and public buildings stock. To include servicing of boilers, catering equipment and gas fired air handling units. This opportunity will be based on an initial 12 month contract, with the option to extend for a further 2 years (1+1+1 Basis).
