Commissioning of services to reduce and prevent antisocial behaviour and youth offending

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed-Powys wishes to commission services to reduce and prevent antisocial behaviour and youth offending. A total of £250,000 per annum will be made available for the provision of the entire service (antisocial behaviour and youth offending). The requirement will be split into three lots:•Lot one: coordinated response to antisocial behaviour•Lot two: prevention, early intervention and support services•Lot three: work to reduce youth offending, tackling substance misuse and domestic abuseBidders are invited to tender for one, two or all three lots and consortium bids are welcomed so that a joined up approach can be facilitated across the services and counties.Contracts will be for a period of two years commencing 1st April 2014 with the option to extend on an annual basis for up to two further years.A bidder engagement event will be held on Friday 14th February 2014 at the Strategic Command Centre, Police Headquarters, Llangunnor, Carmarthen (SA31 2PD for sat nav) starting at 9.30am with refreshments.
