Commonwealth Games Legacy Evaluator

Descriptions

The appointment of an evaluation specialist to deliver a robust and comprehensive impact evaluation measuring the extent to which the Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund (CWGLEF) has successfully supported activities and outputs bringing a measurable impact across the region. The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to commission an overarching 'meta' evaluation of its £70million Commonwealth Games Legacy Fund. This evaluation will assess the impact and effectiveness of the overall programme across the WMCA geographical area, enabling learning from the delivery of CWGLEF programmes to inform current and future strategic approaches for the West Midlands region. Along with this overarching evaluation the WMCA is looking to take a deeper dive into the Commonwealth Inclusive Communities Grants Programme to understand what works in engaging, supporting, and progressing the legacy, and on evidencing the outcomes and impact of this programme on communities across the West Midlands region. The successful supplier for this contract has been awarded via DPS - CCS RM6322- Fund Administration & Disbursement Services (FAADS).
