Survey, supply and installation of communal entrance doors and wireless door entry control systems to up to 153 blocks of flats, carried out in phases. Phase 1 will be 21 blocks of flats located in Lockerbie, Dumfries, Kirkcudbright, Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie, Whithorn and Stranraer. Future phases will also be throughout the Dumfries & Galloway Region. Phase 1 flats are owned by Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership and future phases will be either factored or mixed tenure blocks.
