This tender can only be accessed online at www.cirrustenders.co.uk Please do not contact first ark to request tender documentation, log on to www.cirrustenders.co.uk to access the tender directly.This is a voluntary contract notice, the tender is below threshold and not subject to public procurement legislation.The First Ark Group consists of 5 companies:— First Ark Ltd is the parent organisation that sets and oversees Corporate Strategy— KHT is our successful housing association that provides homes to over 25 000 people through its 14 000 homes in Knowsley on Merseyside— Vivark Ltd is the property maintenance team who provide a range of services including repairs and maintenance, gas servicing, handyperson services, refurbishment and facilities management.— Oriel is our development company which will help us deliver our new build programme.— 1 Ark is our investment charity providing funding and investment services for people in Knowsley and surrounding communitiesTender informationKHT as part of First Ark Group is looking for a single contractor to provide installation work for communal doors and door entry systems across multiple locations within the Merseyside area.Services initially required under this contract are expected to be for around 450 low rise blocks of flats, 7 Mid Rise blocks of flats, 5 Maisonettes and 12 Multi Storey blocks of flats that all have communal door entry systems and security doors. The door entry systems are a mixture of Broadway, Comsec, Telguard, Videx, SRS. Approximately 80 sites have our new specification door and GDX access control systems. Over the forthcoming years we will be replacing approximately 24 doors and systems per year. All multi storey and mid rise blocks have the new specification doors and systems already installed so the majority of installations are expected to be to low rise properties.
