Communications Adviser - Housing Stock Transfer Ballot Process

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Communications Adviser to provide expert advice and assistance on developing and implementing a communications strategy that suits the Welsh context. The Communications Adviser will be required to work with other consultants who may be appointed by the Council, with officers, tenants and members of the Council and with the Shadow Board members of the prospective Registered Social Landlord.
