West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) would like to invite interested suppliers to take part in this Pre-Market Engagement activity to support the development of the project described below. The main aims of engagement include gaining market insights, understanding best market practices and shaping the final Statement of Requirements. Due to the CA working at pace delivering projects on a variety of themes, through multiple methods and with diverse audiences – we require a dynamic framework of suppliers capable of undertaking public consultation, engagement, social and market research services to help us effectively deliver our priorities.
