The English Sports Council as the contracting authority is inviting tenders for service providers to sit on a framework contract to support its work on the Sport England Community Asset Fund and building capability and capacity in the CVSE Sector (the services). Sport England is seeking through this tendering process to set up a supply framework with suitably capable contractors to provide these services for an initial term of 24 months with a unilateral option of Sport England to extend for further periods up to a maximum of 12 months.The framework will be capped at a maximum value of 900 000 GBP (ex VAT) over 3 years, initial term of framework is 24 months. The scope of works required are varied but can best be described as building capability and capacity in the CVSE sector in support of community groups seeking to take on a physical asset from which to deliver opportunities to be more physically active.
