Telford & Wrekin CCG are inviting expressions of interest for the provision of a Community Gynaecology Service. This proposed service shall assess, diagnose and manage patients for a range of gynaecological conditions in a community setting. The Consultant led service is expected to provide (where appropriate) a one stop service that can incorporate assessment and treatment during a single visit.As part of this proposed service, it is expected that the Provider shall deliver a range of Out-Patient procedures e.g Endometrial Biopsy, Insertion/removal of Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device (IUCD), Ultrasound scan, Cervical Polpys.The service must be able to demonstrate continous improvement in future provision by offering other evidence based procedures.All other relevant information shall be contained within the Service Specification which shall be published with the Invitation to Tender.The anticipated start date for this proposed service is no later than 17th November 2014 and therefore the Provider shall need to be in a position to deliver the service from this date.The services to which this advertisement relates falls within Part B Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations.
