Community Independent Living Services health and Wellbeing and Information navigation Services in Richmond upon Thames
Descriptions
The Community Independent Living Service (CILS) is a key part of Richmond Council's approach to transforming adult social care and managing demand by enabling people to remain, gain or regain independence; targeting preventative resources most effectively and ensuring value for money. There are two main components of CILS and these will be commissioned as separate lots. The first component is an information navigation service. This service will support residents aged 18 years and over to identify and access services that can support their health and wellbeing and maintain their independence. The second, and complementary, component of CILS is a suite of health and wellbeing services that will form part of the wider offer of services that support residents to improve or maintain their health and wellbeing and live independently.
