This tender is for work to be undertaken between 1 October 2011 and 31 July 2012, and relates to support for the Community Learning Libraries programme by providing advice, assessing applications, monitoring projects, producing monitoring reports and contributing to the development of the programme.Please see the specification for more detail.Submissions from individuals or organisation wishing to undertake this work must include:-Evidence of satisfying key criteria;-An outline of the way in which the methodology will be applied;-Details of the proposed roles of individuals and brief CVs, detailing relevant knowledge and experience, for contractor’s personnel. If applicable, you should also include brief details of your organisation and its experience in the field of public libraries and of working in Wales;-Contact details for 2 referees;-A price schedule, using the template supplied with this specification (Annex A).
