NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board are undertaking a procurement process andare inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to bid for Community Services. The anticipated contract duration will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option toextend for up to a further 3 years as required.Services are expected to be delivered from October 2025 to October 2030, with the Commissioner having options to extend up until October 2033.The procurement is split into lots:Lot 1 Adult Community Services Dartford, Gravesham & SwanleyLot 2 Adult Community Services East KentLot 3 Adult Community Services Medway & SwaleLot 4 Adult Community Services West Kent*Lot 5 Children's Community Services Medway & Swale*Lot 6 Children's Community Services Dartford Gravesham & Swanley; East Kent; West Kent*Please note details expected to be published on the Health Family portal for Lots 5 and 6 in the next 10 operational days.Community Services incorporate a range of clinical healthcare services delivered to patients in a community (out of hospital) setting.
