50 no. Electric bicycles required suitable for bike share scheme. Must be designed for permanent outdoor use and come with suitable anti-theft and anti-vandalism mechanisms. Puncture resistant tyres, min 3 gears with internal drum mechanism for both gears and brakes.Battery must be lockable and min 10Ah with approx 200km range. Insulated battery compartment to protect against frost damage.Bikes must have a fixed advertising panel within the frame or mounted on mudguards or rear frame.Frame mounted locking system essential and must utilise a metal chain/cable theater. Lock must utilise bluetooth, cellular and LoRA communications platforms.Frames must be alloy, painted/powder coated in yellow with frame mounted ID number sequence to be supplied.Instruction panel must also be mounted on handle bar area.
