Compliant Procurement Solutions Ltd (CPS) is seeking to create a framework agreement for energy procurement, bill validation/bureau services and historic cost recovery and auditing services. The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots and will be for duration of 4 years.The framework agreement is for use by CPS and all UK registered social landlords.
