Compliant Procurement Solutions Ltd (CPS) is seeking to create a Framework Agreement for energy procurement, bill validation/bureau services and historic cost recovery and auditing services. The Framework Agreement will be divided into 3 lots and will be for duration of 4 years.The framework agreement is for use by CPS and all UK registered social landlords. Framework users will be able to 'Call Off' from the framework by using the mini-competition system.
