Choice Housing Ireland Limited and its subsidiary companies (Choice) wishes to appoint design teams to a number of framework agreements (Framework Agreement(s)) to provide services relating to planning, design, procurement, construction (design and management) co-ordination and contract administration/project management (Services), in connection with the design and delivery of projects with a range of dwelling designs, accommodation needs and services including:— general needs accommodation for families and single persons.— accommodation for the elderly.— supported housing for people with disabilities including those with mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and those who are physically disabled.— support services for vulnerable groups.— refurbishment work.— land purchase.— affordable housing.Further information is contained within the pre-qualification questionnaire documents.
