Kirklees Council require a computer aided facilities management led asset database capable of managing our physical assets/buildings in terms of condition surveying (fabric, mechanical and electrical), commercial leasing and rent invoicing, asset strategy (acquisitions and disposals), project management, technical design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) data management, capital investment (based on building condition reports), compliance (asbestos, fire, water, lifts, M&E servicing), and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
