Compressed Air Servicing
Descriptions
Service shall be carried out twice annually on all listed equipment with the university reserving the right to amend this list in line with business needs. Service will include as a minimum the requirements listed below; this list is not exhaustive: Routine and preventive maintenance and repair of compressed air systems including compressors, air dryers, filters and associated equipment Routine inspections Check for air and oil leaks Cooler checked for build-up of air borne contaminants Performance testing Defects found will have parts replaced/advised Cleaning Lubrication Calibration of pressure gauges and control systems
