The Minister for Defence (the “Contracting Authority”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (“EOI”) from economic operators (“Candidates”) through this Pre-Qualification Questionaire (PQQ) with a view to establishing a number of Framework Agreements to meet the requirements of the Irish Defence Forces for the supply of the following;(i)Small arms ammunition (5.56mm-12.7mm (inclusive) of multiple natures), (ii)Medium calibre ammunition (greater than 12.7mm - less than 60mm of all natures), (iii)2.75 inch rockets/warheads (iv)Pyrotechnics (Military use pyrotechnics)(v)EOD munitions (ammunition and explosives).
