The programme objectives are: - To prevent the onset of mental health difficulties, by taking action to support the wellbeing of school and college leaders in England. - To support school and college leaders experiencing mental health and wellbeing difficulties who do not have access to independent support by plugging the gap in provision. - To promote and improve the quality of mental health and wellbeing support for school and college leaders by helping to stimulate the market and support capacity building.
