This prior information notice is being published to indicate Thanet District Council’s intention to commence market engagement with organisations within the ports and harbours market.The Council is intending to undertake a procurement process to attract and secure a port operator for two primary roll on/roll off (ro-ro) berths at the Port of Ramsgate and associated port side land by way of a services concession.The Council is seeking to engage with the market to help inform its procurement exercise. A prospectus providing details of the opportunity has been published on the Kent Business Portal which can be accessed at https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk/. Interested parties are invited to review the prospectus and to complete and submit responses to a market questionnaire by 7 July 2023.
