To break up, excavate and dispose of current concrete loading bay and parking area, approximately 139.34 m2. Assess and repair any drainage that currently runs below the area and modify as required, and fill in and make good existing flowmeter chamber. Parking bays to be delineated.The new area is to be relaid with reinforced concrete that is capable of dealing with constant lorry and forklift access. The area is to include dropped curbs to allow unrestricted access to the current main road. Existing plinths, steps and furniture are to be retained or replaced.The work is to be carried out in two stages so that access for goods traffic is provided at all times.
